The People Behind the Work

Founder-Director Shan Ramalingam started TechZavy on a single healthcare engagement and grew it into a multi-state practice.

Our team of roughly 80 developers, project managers, business analysts, and testers was assembled for one purpose: delivering complex enterprise technology with rigor.

From One Engagement to a Multi-State Practice

TechZavy began as an IT vendor to Mayo Clinic, a Minnesota corporation with a single healthcare client and a determination to do the work properly.

From those roots we grew into a multi-state technology partner operating across Minnesota, Florida, and Ohio. The healthcare origin matured into a broader enterprise practice, and today we serve organizations across Government, Healthcare, Environment, Fintech, Retail, and Supply Chain.

What has stayed constant is how we deliver. We work on a fixed-cost, quality-assured model, and we build long-term partnerships rather than chasing one-off projects. Our clients bring us the systems they cannot afford to get wrong, and that trust is something we take seriously with every organization we take on.

Our foundational strength is a six-year, multi-agency relationship with the State of Minnesota, spanning eight agencies.

We modernized decades of legacy environmental data for the Board of Water and Soil Resources, and we have sustained 99.999% uptime for five consecutive years on the Department of Commerce MNECO platform.

For the Department of Administration we transformed legacy infrastructure into an Azure Databricks Lakehouse, and our work now reaches real-time air-sensor systems and advanced AI-driven case management.

We are proud to work with Mayo Clinic, Baptist Health, the Metropolitan Council, the Ohio Department of Administrative Services, and agencies including the MN Pollution Control Agency, Department of Education, and Sentencing Guidelines Commission.
